FAQs
How much walking is there?
At a moderate pace, this journey spans less than a mile. If mobility is a concern, we recommend our private tour.
Is this tour good for families?
Yes! It’s educational, interactive, and interplanetary, which are all things that children enjoy. If you choose to upgrade to the magnificent planetarium show, please keep in mind that the show is only for attendees aged 5 and over. Our tour, on the other hand, is suitable for people of all ages.
What is the rescheduling policy?
We are aware that plans can change. We provide a full refund or the option to reschedule up to 24 hours before the start of your tour. We would have incurred hard expenditures within 24 hours of your tour and so cannot enable free rescheduling or cancellation.
When should I get there?
Prepare to arrive 15 minutes early. The trip begins promptly, and if you arrive late, you may not be able to catch up. Allow plenty of time to find a parking spot.
What if it rains?
Our tours go on regardless of the weather. If we have to cancel due to severe weather, you will receive a full refund.
Is Parking Included?
No, it isn’t part of the package. Because parking is restricted and costs $10 per hour at the meter, this can be expensive. To get here, we recommend taking public transportation or using a ridesharing program. For directions to Griffith Observatory, please read our blog.
Are gratuities included?
Although tips are not included, our guides always appreciate them. A gratuity is a terrific way to show your appreciation for your guide’s hard work.
